Dram and Draught of Raleigh, NC was in need of photos for their new winter cocktail menu and I was more than happy to be of service! You can see the full winter menu on their website here. The first drink photo in the gallery is called King Kunta. It is made of Johnnie Walker Red Label Blended Scotch, Hennessey Very Special Cognac, Amaro Nonino, Carpano Antica, Black Walnut Bitters, Peat Spritz and orange zest. Next time you’re in Raleigh, I’d check out the bar. It was fascinating watching these mixologists create new drinks. I could barely do that even if I had the recipe!
