Before love, there is friendship. In this case, however, I fell in love with Rania and Carlos before we became friends! The adorable, self-proclaimed foodies are an inseparable duo who have proven that no matter how crazy life can get, love will prevail. Carlos is an officer in the Navy and with his hectic lifestyle, he's found his stability in Rania. She is a strong woman and I personally admire her tenacity and sass.
This military wedding took place at The Brownstone in Patterson, NJ in the fall. Rania's best friend Kristy, of Lace and Grace Events, planned their beautiful day. Their evening ceremony was in the Grand Conservatory which was adorned with a myriad of bright flowers. The reception was held in The Club Room (which I believe is a perfect name for it since that's where the party really took off). I must give a big thank you to Ezra Margono for being an amazing assistant and second photographer for this fabulous event!
I'm so grateful to know Rania and Carlos. I shared my first trip to New Orleans with them for their engagement shoot, I had the honor of photographing Carlos getting his wings, and soon I will have a California adventure with them as well! Friendships, like ours, make my job worthwhile.
Rania and Carlos, I adore you both. It's a beautiful thing to know that I get to watch your relationship and family flourish throughout the years. I cannot wait to explore with you again soon!
