Being caught in Sunnery James and Ryan Marciano's spell of tribal, energetic house music will keep you dancing all night long. It was incredible photographing these two talented DJs, as I couldn't help but dance while shooting. LAVO Nightclub in New York was an awesome venue to host this party's animated and spirited crowd. The marvelous Doutzen Kroes was up front in the VIP section, dancing and laughing with close friends, partying it up to her husband's, Sunnery James, electric music. Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi even made an appearance at the beginning of the show.

I was contacted by the marketing director of LAVO after winning my second Talenthouse contest and the prize was to photograph these accomplished DJs. After photographing Emeli Sande's concerts in January, shooting concerts and shows has become my new passion. The positive energy from the crowd, the raw emotion that is given so freely by the artist on stage, along with the lights and sound mixed into one makes for a spectacular event every time.
